This role combines strategy, execution, and people management.You will oversee a marketing team of three (3), with potential growth to four (4) team members, while remaining hands-on with planning, quality control, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.This role requires a strong understanding of law firm marketing, particularly in a regulated, high-stakes practice area such as U.S.&nbsp;immigration law, where accuracy, compliance, tone, and credibility are critical.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>The Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting direction, managing people, and ensuring consistent execution across all marketing channels.</li><li>You will oversee the firm's website, digital campaigns, content systems, and brand presence, while guiding the team to convert complex immigration law concepts into clear, client-centered messaging.</li><li>Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a marketing team; assigning priorities; reviewing work for quality, compliance, and effectiveness; and ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.</li><li>You will lead the firm's website strategy, including structure, UX, landing pages, and conversion optimization, and ensure all content aligns with legal accuracy and business goals.</li><li>You will oversee content creation across video, social media, email, and web platforms, ensuring messaging reflects the firm's expertise, professionalism, and brand voice.</li><li>You will manage and optimize paid marketing efforts, including Google Ads and landing pages, with a focus on lead quality, ROI, and ethical compliance.</li><li>You will direct SEO and GEO strategy and execution, including keyword priorities, content planning, and performance tracking, with an emphasis on long-term organic growth.</li><li>You will analyze marketing data across channels, monitor KPIs, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and present actionable recommendations to firm leadership.</li><li>You will implement systems, workflows, and tools (such as Monday.com and AI-assisted workflows) to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.</li><li>You will work closely with firm leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives, intake capacity, and growth plans.</li></ul><h2 style="margin-bottom: 14.95pt; margin-top: 14.95pt;">Required Qualifications &amp; Skills</h2><ul><li>5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in law firms, professional services, or agency environments </li><li>Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team or function, including delegation, performance oversight, and mentoring </li><li>Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content strategy, social media, email campaigns, and analytics </li><li>Proficiency with Webflow is required, including website management, page updates, CMS content, and basic conversion optimization </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute end-to-end campaigns, from planning through performance analysis </li><li>Experience managing budgets, timelines, priorities, and team performance in a results-driven environment </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review, train, and mentor staff </li><li>Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using marketing metrics and KPIs to guide decisions </li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote, high-accountability environment </li><li>Prior experience in law firm marketing or regulated professional services is a strong plus </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred;
